Partridge in a Pear Tree

on the 9th day of christmas My true love gave to me 117 proof bourbon

Ingredients

  • 1 Mini Bottle of Boone’s Bourbon

  • 1/2 pear, diced

  • 3 fresh cherries, pitted

  • 2 Sprigs of Rosemary

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 1-2 oz ginger ale

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker muddle the cherries, pears and rosemary.


Add the simple syrup, lemon, and Boone’s Bourbon.

 

Shake, then strain into a glass with ice and top with ginger ale.

 

Boone’s Bourbon is 117 Proof, so don’t drink and fly your sleigh!
